Wear a bathing suit or loose shorts and tank top. Do not wear cotton T-shirts or shorts.  They are too heavy if they become wet. They make it very difficult to climb on and off the paddle board when wet. For more body coverage wear nylon tank shirt and sports short. Come dressed and ready to go if possible. HIGH COUNTRY RETREATS This is an all day event.  You will be taken to a High Sierra lake (TBA) where motorized boats are not invited. This retreat will include a 90 mins. SUP   YOGA and techniques class, an Organic Food Lunch, and a (Near) sunset 60 minute Yoga class. The remaining time is  for YOU to paddle, float, and explore your inner self on the paddle board in a serene and peaceful environment .  .
