SUP YOGA and FITNESS CLASSES
Includes SUP basics, paddling, paddle board, and paddle
$35 for 90 minutes class
Learn the basics and lets just SUP around the lake! $35 per 90 minutes
BYOB (Bring Your Own Board)
Drop in to any class with your own board.
$15 (there must be at least one full paying client to drop in).
Take your skills to the next level with one on one instruction $65 per 90 minute lesson. Contact us to schedule your private lesson.
Call for group rate. Rent the teacher and entire fleet for your own Private SUP Party for you and friends, mate or mom. Contact us for details.
Extended Classes for Personal SUP
Check out the option of renting your Paddle board for extra time after class - explore and discover your own inner SUP guru! Hone in and revisit your practice, or enjoy freestyle SUP. $15 per 30 mins.
What to Bring/Wear to Class
Wear a bathing suit or loose shorts and tank top. Do not wear cotton T-shirts or shorts. They are too heavy if they become wet. They make it very difficult to climb on and off the paddle board when wet. For more body coverage wear nylon tank shirt and sports short. Come dressed and ready to go if possible.
Bring sunscreen, a snack for after class, water, and your sense of adventure.
